If you saw these roots in the last batch of pictures from Hawaii, this now gives you some perspective of the size of these roots.

    JR,

You look wonderful in the midst of that Hawaii nature!
You are obviously a continental. The paleness of your skill gives you away ;-)

The picture itself (with the roots) is a wonderful illustration to a cermon about God looking into our heart, about building on the rock vs. sand, about God changing the roots firts – and then the rest of the tree will follow.

    Blessings,

    Marina

Quick question about an author I’ve just become acquainted with .. Have you read, “Sex God” or have any opinion of it’s author?
    Thanks.

    Nancy,

I’ve not had the chance to read “Sex God” but I like a lot of what Rob Bell says, though like with anyone, we probably don’t agree on everything, but I like his kingdom emphasis.

    Marina,

I’m glad you enjoy my pictures of Hawaii and yes, my white skin does stand out a bit. I hope you are doing well. Thanks for leaving some comments.
