The Divine Commodity (Kindle Version) is Currently Free on Amazon as well as some other books
I was just visiting the Kindle section on Amazon and found there were at least 3 good books that you can download for FREE. The Divine Commodity: Discovering a Faith Beyond Consumer Christianity by Skye Jethani is free. I don’t know how long this offer will be, but now is the time to get it. Another book that is currently free for the Kindle is Grace Notes: April 1-30 by Philip Yancey. And finally Healing For a Broken World: Christian Perspectives on Public Policy by Steve Monsma is free at the Kindle store. David Gushee writes this about Monsma’s book: “An important introduction to issues arising at the intersection of faith and politics, written from a disciplined Kuyperian/Calvinist theoretical stance and resulting in a nuanced centrist-evangelical perspective. This book is reader-friendly, biblical, holistic and wise.”
JR, thank you, thank you for the link to the Divine Commodity e-book! I had just seen that the other day and was asking the LORD to get me a copy. -shalom!
