Last month I got the Project 365 app, where you take a photo each day that some how reflects that day.  My new iphone 4 takes quality photos and the app gives me a reminder each day to take a picture.  After uploading the picture for the day, there is space to put a caption.  This also helps me to remember each day.

One of the ways I’m using this app is by way of reflection.  When I reflect on the day, the week and the month, I can look at the photos and captions for the week or month which helps to deepen my reflection times.

I am also looking forward to using this app when I review my year.  I try do do a Grand Examin at the end of the year.  It helps me to center myself as well as discern focus for the coming year. I’ve been using this app for just over a month now and am enjoying it.
