Equipping God's People to Create Missional Culture

From Richmond, Virginia

I just arrived in Richmond, Virginia last night. I always enjoy visiting this city. Jim Pace, pastor of [nlcf] picked me up from the airport and we had a great time catching up. We are both helping to lead a time this week designed to give church planters a theological confidence and practical training in developing a ministry partner team, so that people might fulfill the vision God has given them. It is always rewarding to be helpful to church planters in areas of need.

Overview of Training
Theological Grounding for Support Raising
Gaining a Positive Perspective in Raising Support
Overcoming the Major Fears to Raising Support
Gathering the Necessary Skills for Ministry Partner Development
Developing a Workable Plan and Accountability
How to Maintain and Cultivate Your Support Team

After the “fundraising training” I will be helping to assess three different church planter candidates. All of this is being hosted by the Ecclesia Network, as we seek to multiply missional leaders and churches to bring a greater sense of God’s shalom to our cities and towns.
